Pacific LightNet

 

Pacific LightNet (PLNI) and Hawaii OnLine have opened a retail operation and customer service support center at the Koko Marina Shopping Center in Hawaii Kai. Visitors to the store can now try out new Pacific LightNet and Hawaii OnLine products, receive technical support and customer care from store personnel, and pay their bills, all in a centralized and easy to reach location.

Our Koko Marina store has multiple computers that allow customers to check their e-mail, surf the Internet, and transfer files, documents and pictures to CD. Customers also are able to use their own Wi-Fi enabled laptops with Hawaii OnLine’s new Wireless Internet Service. Even if the laptop is not Wi-Fi capable, customers may rent or purchase a wireless card at the store. Ethernet ports are also available for traditional wired access.
