30 Day Yoga Challenge from Yoga & Art Studio

Starting on Monday, January 1, 2023, any student is welcome to participate in our new 30 Day Yoga Challenge. Students who complete the challenge by January 31 will be entered into a drawing for the chance to win one of the following prizes: 

Prize 1: Gaiam yoga mat, yoga towel, yoga block, dōTERRA essential oil kit

Prize 2: $65 Active Sports Massage gift card

Prize 3: $50 Moena Cafe gift card

Participants will receive a stamp sheet that will be posted in the studio. Ask team member at the reception desk for a 30 Day Yoga Challenge stamp sheet. Winner must complete at least 20/30 days of this challenge.
