I am a seasoned counseling psychologist providing services for individuals, couples, families and groups. I have a strong background in clinical research and teaching which helps me provide personalized treatment goals for my clients. In treatment, I make use of various evidence-based interventions — including cognitive, dialectical, mindfulness, interpersonal, family/couples, and psychodynamic therapies.
