Kamala teaches yoga to anyone who is interested in learning, and especially loves teaching those new to yoga – ” I feel blessed to be able to connect with and teach seniors , blind people, and women over 50 who have always wanted to try , but thought that they couldn’t do it. I love teaching others how to create a healthy relationship with their bodies and with stress through various modalities, including yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, mindfulness and guided vision exercises. All of these modalities inform how I show up as a coach and are included as resources to draw in our coaching relationship.”
