Sundays, September 11 & 18 | 4:00 – 6:00pm

Meditation can give you a daily practice for a sense peace, calm and ground your inner spirit. You can use this practice to help cope with stress and focus your attention. We will explore daily breathwork and learn how to create a sacred space.

What we will cover

The benefits of meditation for your health, well being, and spiritual growth

  • How to create a sacred space
  • Prana, chakras, the energy body
  • Pranayama techniques (breath work)
  • Meditation techniques
  • How to cleanse and grow your aura

What to bring (Optional):

  • Yoga Mat or Towel
  • Pillow (for extra comfort)
  • Water
