Meditative Concert (Sound Bathing) with Yoga & Art

Breathe and relax your body and mind with us for another Meditative Concert (Sound Bathing) event performed by talented crystal singing bowl musician, Bryan Jordan. This peaceful class will be held in our newly renovated, open-air, yoga studio. We recommend bringing a yoga mat or towel to lay or sit on during the meditation. For added comfort, bring a pillow.
